No Parking Along Curvy Bend RoadA no-parking zone has been established along the Curvy Bend Road, near the Overpriced Apartments, by the Lower City commissioners. A two-hour parking limit will be allowed in front of the Overpriced Apartments. Magic and Music on Program at VentatonA magic show was presented by : Bob Kall, of Ventaton, in the auditorium of GearCity Square School, Ventaton. Friday evening. All is welcome, chips and punch will be served before the show. |
Letter to Editor: Worthwhile CauseThere's a worthwhile cause roundabout the Boro, to which I know you'll want to contribute when you hear the facts. Hatfield was telling me that the Slumville Boy's Club baseball team needs about S200. They did right well last year, all but winning the championship, and they need money for balls, bats and umpires. He is the athletic director of the outfit. Do give them a little financial backing because they need it and deserve it. |
