Use of Playground Solves Part Of City Parking ProblemLower City Township commissioners went a long ways in solving the City's business commercial parking problems Wednesday night when they announced that one half of the town's central playground would be used as a parking lot. "Kids today should go home and play video games, we need these parking spots because we did not have the foresight to build them in the past.
