The Great War!
More nations have joined what is being coined as the Great War. Germany has joined Austria-Hungry in its war efforts against Russia, France, Belgium, United Kingdom and Japan. It seems all the major powers in Europe are engaged in a massive multi-front war.

Brussels,Belgium Destroyed!


Enemy forces have devastated the city of Brussels,Belgium leaving behind very little infrastructure or manufacturing capacities behind. Many buildings and lives lay in ruin. We can only hope this war will end.

GEARCITY SCHOOL NEWS


A play was presented by Miss Brown in the auditorium at assembly yesterday. The play entitled 'A Rough Day.' Was about a teacher, Miss Anybody, who has a very bad class and just can't control them. A boy named Very Dickens, who was full of mischief, didn't help the class at all. A very helpful child, Amy Goodkind helped the teacher from losing her temper.

Group Plans Outing For This Saturday


The Twenty-To Club, a social club for young men and women interested in social and outing ac- tivities will meet on Thursday evening at the Main Line YMCA at 8 P. M. Plans have been made for horseback riding on Saturday afternoon.
